Found an eligible identical product cheaper elsewhere? Ask us to match it. To be eligible:

• The product must be identical (same brand, size, quantity and variant).
• The competitor must be an Australian retailer.
• The product must be currently available and in stock at that price.
• We must be able to verify the competitor's price (e.g. a link, quote or invoice).
• Reasonable exclusions may apply, such as clearance, bulk, member-only or limited-time offers.

We review each request individually and may decline where conditions aren't met.
